We were lucky enough to have two of the Southern Steel visit us today; Daneka Wipiiti and Te Paea Shelby-Rickit, they were inspirational speakers that were really motivational and full of fascinating stories about their training regimes. Let me know what you took from their visit today, post a comment and share with our blogging community.
