Southern Steel

We were lucky enough to have two of the Southern Steel visit us today; Daneka Wipiiti and Te Paea Shelby-Rickit, they were inspirational speakers that were really motivational and full of fascinating stories about their training regimes. Let me know what you took from their visit today, post a comment and share with our blogging community.

  8. Theres a game called Hot Seat its where you line up in front of a hoop and shoot if you get it in you goto the the back of the line and keep playing but if you dont your in the "Hot Seat" and if the nxt person gets it in your out and you do wall sits or something but if they dont get it in you go to the back of the line and there in the "Hot Seat"

Its quite fun but you may need a smaller group
